Mediators

mediators

Mediators must have a wide range of inter-discliplinary  skill sets  in order to be effective. They also need to be trained in the area that relates to  your particular conflict. Like most doctors and lawyers, different mediators may have different levels of training, education and expertise.

In order for mediation to completely achieve its goals, there must be an excellent process and procedure, willing
participants, and expert mediators. Alternative Law selects the mediators whose qualifications best  match your circumstances. We provide this extra level of protection for our  clients in order to guarantee your satisfaction and results. Quality control in the process and the outcome is essential. Many other firms are  do not have certified or degreed mediators,  do not have  client-mediators matching selection process and  and as a result can not offer our industry leading  money back guarantee.

Many of our professionals have been mediating, training, and negotiating for over 20 years. All of our mediators have been trained by Bar Association
approved institutions such as Cornell University, Harvard Law School, UMASS, Dispute Resolution Masters Program, the Mass. Council of Family Mediators, United States Government Agencies such as The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or approved entities. In addition, all mediators are required to attend training courses and continuing legal, mediation educational programs each year.
