If you have already reached an impasse, have severe internal challenges, or retained legal counsel, we are able to work very effectively together with your team to address and resolve your concerns. If your case is ongoing, you are still able to settle your case at through this alternative legal system, effectively putting the litigation process on hold. We can work with your counsel, or if you do not have one, we can work directly with all of the your company, your team, your family or parties directly. Alternative Law is the company which is the clear alternative whose primary goal is to help collaboratively plan for the future, quickly address problems, and prevent escalation of conflicts. If your primary goal is to fight or sue the other side or to engage in a court case, you do not want us. Litigation can be retained as a strategic, legitimate and necessary option, but main thrust of your actions is planning, resolution and advancement-that is our job. Litigation should only be utilized if you can not strike a fair resolution and only as a last resort. If you already in court, our job is to find a way to get cost effective closure to your case.
ADR Pricing
Most importantly, we will do so without giving up any strategic advantages. All sides have to have an interest to save money, rebuild trust, and move forward towards resolution in a matter of months versus years. We will show them how. Both sides have to want to retain a consultant, neutral, or mediator. If there a 2 opposing parties, the cost is normally split 50%-50% between the parties. ADR pricing per hour range from $100-$345.00 per party. They also are very cases specific with special exceptions to those of means directed from federal or state agencies. When pricing is concerned, there is absolutely no initial obligation. We will help develop common strategic interests for mutual benefit. That is what we do.
